Keith Davies is a Cardiff-based commercial and advertising photographer.
He studied photography in college then moved to London and worked as an assistant with many talented commercial photographers before changing course and following a course in design and art direction. His love for photography never left him and he returned to the medium with the advent of digital.
We spoke to Keith in his new studio and discussed the challenges and opportunities in a commercial photographic studio and his views on the skills required to be successful.

Fe astudiodd ffotograffiaeth yn y coleg ac yna wedi graddio gweithio fel cynorthwyydd i nifer o ffotograffwyr masnachol talentog yn Llundain. Er ei hoffter o ffotograffiaeth penderfynodd newid byd a dilyn gyrfa fel cynllunydd a chyfarwyddwr celf. Yr oedd ei hoffter o ffotograffiaeth yn rhan o'i gyfansoddiad a dychwelodd i'r maes gyda'r datblygiad o ffotograffiaeth ddigidol.
