A Ghanaian woman sits inside her home near the town of Bekwai in Ghana's Ashanti region. She is HIV positive and a member of the Kaleo Area Women's Development Association (KAWDA), a community based organisation that supports people living with HIV/AIDS. 

Rose is a beneficiary of the Ghana Beds Project which provided mattresses for a group of people living with HIV/AIDS in Ghana.
