Photographer Ron McCormick tells the story behind one of the photographs from his series shot in the Spitalfields area of London in the 1970’s where he documented the passing of the 'Old Jewish' Whitechapel during that period. The image features in his book ‘Whitechapel Boy’ which saw him collaborate with writer Chris Searle.
