Over two years in planning - a new exhibition and book of photographs and paintings by photographer Robert Greetham is now showing at Aberystwyth School of Art.

This exhibition of work by Robert Greetham explores the ceremony and symbolism of faith, the enduring power of myth, tradition and ritual, whether religious or pagan.

Greetham was born in Cardiff in 1957 and studied at The University of Wales, School of Art, Aberystwyth where he was also part-time Tutor in Fine Art from 1986 - 1996. A former early Director of Ffotogallery, he has organised numerous photography exhibitions as well as writing on the history and practice of photography and more recently had an essay supplement published by Offline Journal.
He has been awarded several grants from the Arts Council of Wales and has exhibited his work in the UK, USA and Switzerland. His work is included in numerous private and public collections.

Housed in an Edwardian Grade II listed building in its own grounds on the Buarth hill, the School of Art Museum and Galleries are just a few minutes’ walk away from Aberystwyth town centre and the railway station.
