The next exhibition at Tilt & Shift in Llanrwst is Jack Latham's 'A Pink Flamingo' which formed part of last year's Diffusion Festival in Cardiff.
The large format colour photographs being exhibited were shot in America following the Oregon Trail, an historic route established by fur traders in the 1830’s.
"We are absolutely delighted to continue to show work of such quality’ said Eleri Griffiths, co-owner of Tilt & Shift. ‘We purchased a copy of Jack’s book for our galleries library and by coincidence his work was shown in Cardiff at the same time as my own exhibition. Through Ffoton Wales, we established contact with Jack and he graciously agreed to show the work at Tilt & Shift."
Alongside the exhibition, there will be a series of free portfolio reviews for students and advanced practitioners on the day of the opening Private View, Saturday February 6th.
The exhibition is open to the public from 7th February to 5th March at Tilt & Shift photography gallery, 18 Denbigh Street, Llanrwst. The gallery is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Tuesdays between 10am and 4pm and by appointment. Framed prints and signed copies of ‘A Pink Flamingo’ will be on sale.
