AL BRYDON IN CONVERSATION WITH EMYR YOUNG.
BRIDGEND, SOUTH WALES, JULY 2016

AL BRYDON YN SGWRSIO GYDAG EMYR YOUNG
PEN-Y-BONT, DE CYMRU, GORFFENNAF 2016

Al Brydon talking with us during a summer visit to Wales in 2016

Al Brydon talking with us during a summer visit to Wales in 2016

Al Brydon is a talented (and deceptively unassuming) photographer based in the North of England.

His deeply personal interpretation of the Landscape where he was brought up continues to produce images of scarred and often abandoned locations with a long history. Al also experiments with multiple and long exposures - including his ongoing and unique Solargraph series.

Al is one of the founding members of the Inside the Outside Landscape Collective and has recently published his stunning image collection of 'Based on a False Story' with Another Place Press.

Y mae Al Brydon yn ffotograffydd talentog diymhongar ac yn frodor o ogledd Lloegr. Y mae'n dehongli'r tirlun, ei filltir sgwâr mewn modd personol iawn. Y mae'r delweddau o dirlun creithiog, angof a hanesyddol. Yn ogystal â'r confensiynol mae Al yn arbrofi gyda ffotograffiaeth gyfansawdd a solargraffs unigryw.

Y mae e yn un o sylfaenwyr cydweithfa Inside the Outside ac mae e newydd gyhoeddi llyfr o luniau rhagorol 'Based on a False Story' wedi ei gyhoeddi gan Another Place Press
