The merger back in 2013 of the University of Glamorgan and University of Wales, Newport to form the new University of South Wales is only now seeing changes made to the Photography courses previously offered by the separate institutions.

As part of the recent Creative Industries Career Day at the National Museum in Cardiff, the University of South Wales set up a small studio space to allow visitors to have some fun portraits made. During a break, we grabbed the chance to speak to Geraint Cunnick, Academic Manager for Photography and Rosa Goodchild, second year student at the Newport Campus about the future photography courses offered by the new University in Wales.
